I never realized how much the Protester from Legend of Korra is like Social Justice Warriors on tumblr.
Both are from the IDS newspaper. Unfortunately, I missed the first one and found it online. Below it is the more ridiculous of the responses.
Let’s just say that the first article makes a lot of good points because COMMON SENSE TOO HARD. There is a difference between being randomly jumped and forced…and then getting yourself intoxicated and bringing back some random guy to your apartment. You don’t bring back strangers after a night of bar-hopping to watch Disney movies and bake sugar cookies. If anyone here has ever done that, please tell me!

So…you want your university to make special requirements for minorities so more of them can be accepted, while white people have the same requirements because they are automatically more privileged?
My response to this is that it is an issue with public schools, not the university’s problem. By letting minorities get into the college with lower standards (such as GPA and SAT scores), they’ll be letting in people who will not be able to handle it. Also, white people who have lower GPAs and SAT scores that would get them in if they were a minority would only cause a lot of uproar.
So, I have encountered a lot of so-called "social-justice"-blogs lately, but I have a problem. Because my mother-tounge isn´t english, I don´t understand half of the words, and google doesn´t help me. What does "cisgendered" mean, what is a POC, what means misandry and what are "white tears"? Could you like explain these words in a simple language?
AnonymousCisgendered means that you think you are the same sex that you were born as. So someone with a female reproductive system thinks they are female, someone with a male reproductive system thinks they are male. That’s the simplest way of generalizing it, although I predict that people will not like my simple definition.
POC is “Person of Color”. Anyone who is not white, basically.
Misandry is the hatred of men. Radical feminists (feminazis) are often accused of hating men.
“White tears” is when a white person complains about something that is harsher for a person of color. For example, a white man robs a bank and kills someone and a black man robs a different bank and kills someone. The white man gets 20 years in prison and he cries about it, but the black man gets a life in prison. The white man shouldn’t be crying because he has the “privilege” of being white, therefore getting a less harsh sentence.
